TILT (short story)

TILT I’ve written a new short story titled TILT. The story is told from the perspective of a high school freshman in 1987. The short story took me a few days to write from conception to end. It is fairly short at about 12 pages. Here is the pdf, epub or just plain html.

The House - A Horror Short Story

I just released a new horror short story called The House. Shoot me a message if you want to read it. This is the first short story that I have written and released as an actual short story. Let me know what you think!

Roto-Robot (post-mortem)

Play It Roto-Robot by fredric Development Background This was part of my “make a game a month” effort. This one took much longer than a month, though. I think that I started this back in October, so around 3 or 4 months. The Story First, the name Rotorobot came from my kid. I was showing him the early gameplay and asked him to name the character. He said Rotorobot. You’ll have to ask him what it means.

Nature Garden (post-mortem)

Play It LDJam 45 Background I created this game as an entry for the 72-hour Ludum Dare 45. The theme was “Start from Nothing”. This is the second LDJam that I’ve participated in, and I feel like my entry this time around was much better than the last one. Idea behind Nature Garden My idea with Nature Garden was to create a game where you started with absolutely nothing (literally a barren island) and you’d have to control natural forces to get certain things to grow.

Favorites of LDJam 45

Favorite Games #1: Medieval City Sim Place buildings to build the city with the most points: I loved this game. It uses Kenney’s Bit-Pack spritesheet and font. The game has good replay value, I think I played it 4 or 5 times before coming up with a good city.
